Our story
Built by neighbors, for neighbors.
How did it all begin?
TowGether started the way a lot of good ideas do — with one bad experience too many. Moving companies that quoted one price and charged another. Storage facilities with corporate rates, rigid terms, and waiting lists. Rental counters with limited options and zero flexibility. At some point, enough was enough — so we set out to build a marketplace that puts the power back where it belongs: with people.
TowGether was founded by Holden Schroder, Owner and CEO, who built the platform around a simple belief: the best rental experience comes from your own neighborhood. Renting a trailer shouldn't mean driving across town, standing in line, and paying corporate prices — and owning one shouldn't mean watching it depreciate in the driveway. TowGether puts neighbors on both sides of the transaction, and everyone comes out ahead.
What is our mission?
To be the one-stop shop for everything trailers — rent, store, haul, buy, sell, and earn — powered by neighbors instead of corporations. Fair prices, flexible terms, verified users, escrow payments, and photo check-ins on every booking, so both sides of every deal come out ahead.
Who is TowGether for?
Trailer owners with equipment sitting idle. Homeowners with an empty driveway, pad, or barn. Renters who need the right trailer for a weekend, not a lease. Haulers looking for local jobs — and buyers and sellers who want a safe, documented way to close the deal. In short: neighbors.
Have a trailer? Have space? Need either one? Welcome to the neighborhood.
